The present petition has been filed praying for following relief :- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 for fair enquiry by an independent agency and to take proper actions as per law against the negligent doctors and also against the members of committee who has given clean cheat to the erroneous." However, the concerned doctors have not been impleaded as respondent in the present petition, who are necessary parties in the case. The petition is dismissed for non-joinder of necessary parties.
