¶1The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 07.07.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 106 of 2023, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Vindhyachal, District Mirzapur, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶2Shri Ravi Shankar holding brief of Shri Deepak Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly stated that the petitioners have been arrested, therefore, present petition has become infructuous.
