By means of the present application filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar, to decide the Case No. 3064 of 2009 (State Vs. Ram Kumar & Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 1320 pf 2009, under Sections 419, 420,467, 468, 471 and 472 I.P.C., Police Station-Khalilabad, District-Sant Kabir Nagar, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials brought on record as well as without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is disposed of by providing that the court below shall consider and decide the above mentioned case, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order, at the earliest possible from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
