The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no decision is being taken on the different applications filed by the petitioner for payment of adequate compensation under the Government Order dated 9.6.2021. It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending and the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files fresh representation before the District Magistrate, District-Prayagraj alongwith the necessary details and documents, the District Magistrate shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing the same and in case, the petitioner is found entitled to the claim made by him, the amount shall be disbursed in favour of the petitioner within the next period of one month.
