The present Criminal Appeal under 14A (1) of SC/ST Act has been filed against the impugned order dated 21.08.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Jalaun at Orai in complaint Case4 No. 27 of 2023( S.S.T. No. 41 of 2023) (Smt. Kunti Devi Vs. Ravve and others) summoning to the appellants to face trial under Sections 323, 452, 506 and 3(1) (Da)(Dha) of SC/ST Act. In the Court, learned counsel for the applicants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court. The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellant appear before the trial court within 20 days from today and moved an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
