The present petition has been filed praying for following relief :- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-authorities to safeguard the interest of the petitioner to implement the order dated 28.10.2021 passed U/s 24 of the Revenue Code, 2006." The petitioner has the remedy to file an application before the Sub-Divisional OfÏcer himself under Rule 22(12) of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code Rules, 2016 as well as under Section 24(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. Any act by respondent No. 6 or any other person which causes law and order situation in the area can also be dealt with by the Sub-Division OfÏcer under Rule 22(15) of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code Rules, 2016. For the aforesaid reason, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may make application before the Sub-Divisional OfÏcer, Phoolpur, District-Prayagraj on which appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken by the Sub-Divisional OfÏcer expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing the application.
