The present Criminal Appeal under14A(1) of SC/ST Act has been filed against the impugned summoning order dated 10.04.2023 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act, District Firozabad in Complaint Case No. 63 of 2023 (Km. Deep Shikha Vs. Arun Sharma and others) (C.N.R. No. UPFD01-000446-2023), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 386 , 406 I.P.C. and Section 3 (1) r, s of SC/ST act, Police Station Uttar , District Firozabad. In the Court, learned counsel for the applicants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court. The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicants appear before the trial court within 20 days from today and moved an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
