¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sachin Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no. 1 & 4.

¶2The petitioners have challenged the order dated 14.12.2021 passed by District Magistrate, Auraiya for recovery of a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- from the petitioners as they were not found eligible to avail financial help from the State Government under the Pradhan Mantri Avas Yojana (Shahari). The petitioners have challenged the aforesaid order by filing Writ-C No. 8248 of 2022 and Writ-C No. 29589 of 2022 both of which were disposed of by separate orders dated 12.01.2023 and

28.09.2022 respectively permitting the petitioners to make representation before the District Magistrate so that it is decided by him and until then the recovery was kept in abeyance.

¶3Counsel for the petitioners admits that no decision has been taken in the matter so far by the District Magistrate. As such we find no good ground to entertain this petition for the same relief.
