The dispute in the present petition relates to ownership and possession of Plot No. 168/4. The dispute does not raise any question of public law and the petitioner has the remedy to either approach the civil court or before the concerned revenue authorities, as the case may be, for protection of her rights and redressal of her grievance. The matter does not require any consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In view of the aforesaid, the prayer made in the petition stands rejected.
