¶1This writ petition was filed against a recovery certificate dated

4.8.2022.

¶2Sri Kavindra Dwivedi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Chetan Chatterjee, learned counsel for the Electricity Department states that the recovery certificate has been withdrawn and that fresh notices would be issued. This is evident from the communication dated 24.8.2023 which the learned counsel for the Electricity Department has placed before the Court. The communication be kept on record.

¶3A copy of the communication dated 24.8.2023 be handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶4Since the recovery certificate itself has been withdrawn, no interference is warranted.
