¶1After making brief submissions, Sri Ram Raj Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh petition annexing therewith reasons which accompanied order under Section 73 of Goods and Services Tax Act dated 12.04.2022.

¶2Sri Ankur Agrawal, learned counsel for respondents no. 2 to 3 has no objection to the same.
