¶1This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.01.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 0011 of 2022, under Sections 376, 504, 506, 452 IPC and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Gorakhnath, District Gorakhpur.

¶2Shri Vivek Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that charge-sheet (C.D. No.41 of 2023), dated 30.09.2023 has already been submitted in the present case, as such, cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
