Anurag Kumar Srivastava and others) under Sections 341, 504, 323, 386, 395, 506, 364, 511 of I.P.C., pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar to any other competent of Judgeship Gorakhpur, Deoria, Kushi Nagar and Basti. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the two other cases pending between the parties have been transferred by coordinate Bench of this Court in Transfer Application (Criminal) Nos. 2 of 2021 and 3 of 2021 vide order dated 29.11.2021, 16.12.2022 and

21.12.2022. In view of the above, the present transfer application is allowed, and the Complaint Case No. 102 of 2018 (Harihar Prasad Pathak Vs. Anurag Kumar Srivastava and others) under Sections 341, 504, 323, 386, 395, 506, 364, 511 of I.P.C., pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar is transferred to the competent court of District Azamgarh.
