¶1At present, parties are at variance if the conditions for grant of fresh electricity connection have been complied with by the petitioner.

¶2Sri Mukesh Kumar Singh learned counsel appearing for the distribution company states that the deficiencies have been notified to the petitioner through web portal and the petitioner has yet not removed the deficiencies.

¶3Sri Sandeep Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner states that such deficiencies have been removed.

¶4Since factual dispute exists, no useful purpose may be served in keeping this petition pending or calling for counter affidavit at this stage. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with a direction, in case petitioner files a written representation before respondent No. 2 supported by his personal affidavit annexing thereto all compliances claimed to have been made by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today alongwith a copy of this order, the said respondent shall take an informed decision on the petitioner's claim within a further period of one week therefrom. Needless to add, if compliances have been made, electricity connection be issued to the petitioner within the same period.
