¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 01.02.2020 passed by Principle Judge, Family Court, Kannauj in Maintenance Case No. 58/12/2017 (Smt. Arti vs. Pawan) under Section-125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Vishnugarh, District-Kannauj.

¶3At the very outset, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application, therefore same may be dismissed as not pressed.
