¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Aliganj, District-Etah i.e. the respondent no. 3 and Executive Engineer (Rural), Jal Nigam, Etah, i.e. the respondent no. 4 are constructing a water tank on plot no. 136 which is the private property of the petitioner without demarcating the said land and without inquiring into the matter as directed by the District Magistrate, District Etah, vide his order dated 12.06.2023.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by the District Magistrate himself and therefore, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate, District Etah that in case the petitioner files a representation before the District Magistrate, District Etah, within a period of 15 days from today, the said representation shall be decided by the District Magistrate within one month from the date of filing of such representation after getting the facts inquired and verified. Subsequent action in accordance with law shall be taken by the District Magistrate depending upon his decision.
