¶1Heard Sri Anurag Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Birendra Kumar Pal, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated

09.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0306 of 2023, under Section 342, 376, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Muhammadabad, District Mau, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
