The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no decision is being taken by the Divisional Director, Social Forestry Division, Firozabad on the representation of the petitioner filed for permission to operate his Saw Mill. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, it is directed that in case the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the Divisional Director, Social Forestry Division, Firozabad, the same shall be decided by the Divisional Director, Social Forestry Division, Firozabad, within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
