¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.C.Upadhayay, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar to decide the representation dated

18.03.2023 and 14.06.2023 for taking action against the persons who are creating obstructions in the construction of house of the petitioner over the plot on which the petitioner is in possession since last 9 years.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already made a detailed representation to the second respondent on 18.03.2023 and

14.06.2023, which are pending consideration.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel very fairly states that in case any such representations are still pending and have not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.

¶5In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally asking the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned ventilating his grievance within two weeks from today and in case any such representation is being preferred definitely the same would be looked into, examined and remedied strictly in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.
