¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no decision is being taken by the District Magistrate/Collector, Ballia on the various representations made by the petitioner under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Sahayata Yojana for compensation for unnatural death of his wife. It has been stated that the wife of the petitioner died on 04.10.2020 due to snake bite.

¶2It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 that in case, petitioner submits his fresh representation within 15 days from today before the respondent no.2 bringing all the necessary facts to the notice of respondent no.2, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation and if the petitioner is found entitled to the claim made by him, compensation shall be disbursed to him within the next period of one month.
