¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2It is the case of the petitioner that application under Section 101 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is still pending, even though the report submitted by the concerned Lekhpal on dated 04.09.2023 is in favour of the petitioner.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel showed his agreement only to the extent if any direction is issued against respondent no. 2 for expediting the same.

¶4Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the matter, respondent no. 2 is hereby directed to proceed with the application preferred by the petitioner for seeking exchange of plots mentioned in the application and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
