¶3This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 22.07.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 286 of 2023, under Section 13(2) and Section 13(1) (b) of Prevention of Anti Corruption Act, P.s. Khekada, District Baghpath. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR.
