¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 16.02.2023 passed by the respondent no. 2 in case no. 2125 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. C202203000002125) (Daljeet Singh and others Vs. Hakim Singh and others) under proceeding 116 of U.P. Revenue Code."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the appellate order, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing second appeal or revision under the relevant provisions of U.P.Z.A.and L.R Act.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
