¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that by means of this writ petition, the petitioner wants to get the orders passed by Civil Court enforced by making applications to the revenue authorities and the dispute is between the petitioner and the private respondents.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy as available to him under law. Order Date :- 30.10.2023 Nitika Sri. (Manish Kumar Nigam, J.) High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
