The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for security for herself and her daughter from respondent No. 3 and also to evict the respondent No. 3 from the property of the petitioner which the petitioner claims to have inherited from her deceased husband. So far as security is concerned, the petitioner has the remedy to file application before the concerned Superintendent of Police, which in case is filed, the same shall be decided by the Superintendent of Police strictly in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing the application. So far as ejectment of respondent No. 3 from the property of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner has the remedy to institute appropriate proceedings before the civil court for the said purpose.
