¶1Heard Sri Abhishek Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned Notice dated 28.08.2023 in Case No. 876 of 2023 (State vs. Ghanshyam and 4 others), under Section 107/116 Cr.P.C., P.S. Expressway, District Gautam Budh Nagar.

¶3After some argument learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law.
