¶1Heard learned counsel for applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Perused the record.

¶3This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to quash the charge-sheet dated

27.05.2023, cognizance/summoning order dated 01.08.2023 in Case No.2522 of 2023 (State vs. Rashid and Others) arising out of Case Crime No.0188 of 2022, under sections-147, 149, 323, 504, 352, 341, 336, 188, 332, 353 I.P.C. and section-7 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, Police Station-Baheri, District-Bareilly pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Baheri, District Bareilly and stay the entire proceedings of aforementioned case.

¶4After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the application with liberty to applicants to file their bail applications before the court of competent jurisdiction.

¶5In view of the above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to appear before court below and file their appropriate applications for bail before the court below, which shall be decided by court below in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No (s) 5191 of 2021 decided on 07.10.2021. Order Date :- 30.10.2023 Saif High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
