Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.07.2023, notice was issued to the appellant to engage another counsel. As per office report dated 28.10.2023, neither any vakalatnama nor unserved notice has been received in the office as yet. Therefore, service of notice upon appellant is deemed to be sufficient. No one appears on behalf of the appellant even in the revised call. It appears that by the afflux of time the appellant has lost interest in pursuing the case.
