¶1Learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5, Sri Rakesh Yadav and leaarned Standing Cousnel appeared before the Court.

¶2Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submitted that petitioner No. 1 is presently residing with them, who are parents of petitioner No. 1, with her consent. A short counter affidavit has been filed in support of this version. He next submitted that date of birth of petitioner No. 1 is mentioned as 12.11.2005 in her High-School Marksheet but instead of filing this authentic document with regard to date of birth of petitioner No. 1, Aadhar Card has been filed, in which her date of birth has been wrongly mentioned as 16.09.2004, in order to show her marriage valid on the date of alleged marriage.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that at this stage he was not aware of High-School Marksheet of petitioner No. 1 in which her date of birth is mentioned as 12.11.2005 and he came to know about this fact today after filing of a short counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 and 5. Under these circumstances, he is no longer inclined to press present petition and the same may be dismissed accordingly.
