The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent authorities to conclude the fair and transparent investigation of F.I.R. dated 26.03.2023 registered in Case Crime No. 0111 of 2023, under Sections 380, 457, 411 I.P.C., P.S.- Jalesar, District-Etah. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is accused in the present case, wherein, she has sought directions for a fair investigation. It is settled law that an accused has no right to choose the investigating agency nor is entitled to seek directions as to how investigation is carried out against him /her.
