In pursuance of the earlier order of this Court, a counter affidavit has been filed, which is taken on record. On perusal of the affidavit, it shows that the amount has been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact. In view of the above, no cause of action survives. The writ petition has become infructuous.
