¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ramesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the Bank.

¶2From the record we find that a notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act") was served upon the petitioners. However, no reply was given to it by the petitioners.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the Bank states that if the petitioners submits a reply/objection within a period of ten days from today then the same shall be considered as having been filed within the time permitted under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act and the Bank shall consider the application/reply.

¶4Under such circumstances, we refrain from interfering in the instant writ petition. However, if the petitioners represent afresh within a period of ten days then the Bank shall decide the representation thereafter in accordance with law.
