¶1Heard Shri Vijay Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Sunita Sharma, holding brief of Pankaj Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Vivek Kumar Shukla, appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 27.08.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 0454 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Shoro, District Kasganj. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
