¶1It is admitted between the parties that after filing of the present petition an order dated 18.10.2023 was passed by the District Judge, Ghaziabad.

¶2Hence, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioners to dismiss present writ petition as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the aforesaid order.

¶3Prayer made is allowed.

¶4The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

¶5Office is directed to return certified copy of the orders after retaining photo-copy of the same in the record.
