¶1Sri Irshad Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not wish to press this application. He has also prayed that this application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal under Section 14-A of SC/ST Act.

¶3The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
