¶1Heard Sri Vinay Saran, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Pradeep Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 7.7.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 405 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Civil Lines, District Aligarh. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3We find that the petition filed by the co-accused being Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 14789 of 2023 (Arham Hussain vs. State of U.P. and others) has already been dismissed vide order dated

26.10.2023.

¶4However, Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. pointed out that during investigation vide CD No. 22 dated 5.10.2023 the petitioner has been exonerated and the present petition has become infructuous.

¶5Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
