¶1Heard Pushkar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri A.K. Sand, learned Government Advocate along with Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA.

¶2Compliance affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶3Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra execute the levy warrant issued by the Principal Judge (Family Court), Mirzapur for recovery and deposit of maintenance allowance in the Misc. Case No. 705 of 2017,Sita Devi vs. Jitendra Maurya under Section 128 CrPC pending in theCourt of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur, within the time framed.

¶4As per affidavit of compliance, the respondent no. 3 has already been arrested in compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.10.2023. As such, present petition has become infructuous.
