¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of order dated 18.08.2023 passed by Additional Session Judge, Court No. 1, Bareilly, in S.T. No. 517 of 2016(State Vs. Hari Shanker and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 49 of 2016, under Sections-302, 307 IPC, P.S.- Sirauli, District-Bareilly and direct the learned court below to pass fresh order on the application U/s 311 Cr.P.C. of the applicant.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the present application for the reliefs prayed for, but requested that a direction may be issued to Additional Session Judge, Court No. 1, Bareilly for early decision of S.T. No. 517 of 2016, for which, learned A.G.A. is having no objection.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Additional Session Judge, Court No. 1, Bareilly to conclude the proceeding of aforesaid case in accordance with law, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
