¶1Solitary grievance of the petitioners appears to be that petitioner's application dated 13.8.2022, filed within limitation of 45 days from the date of occurrence of the accidental death of her husband, on 16.8.2022, has remained pending for very long.

¶2At present the claim of the petitioner appears to be pending before Respondent No.2.

¶3Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending or calling for counter affidavit at this stage. The writ petition is disposed off with a direction, in case the petitioner files a copy of this order before the respondent no. 2, he shall proceed to process the claim made by the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned order within a period of one month thereafter.

¶4Needless to add, if any amount is payable to the petitioner, the same may be paid out to the petitioner within the same time.
