¶1Petitioner claims insurance money against policy purchased by her husband, during his life time.

¶2Upon instruction, Sri Ram Chandra holding brief of Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent bank states that Sri Kishnudev Choudhary/insured, had cancelled the insurance policy, during his life time.

¶3If such be the facts, the respondent remains bound to issue appropriate reasoned communication to the petitioner to repudiate her claim.

¶4Since that communication has not been made till date, we dispose off the writ petition with a direction upon the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner and issue appropriate reasoned communication to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
