¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Counsel.

¶2From the facts, it appears that there exists a dispute between two groups of vegetable sellers, for which an order dated

16.8.2022 has been passed by the Nagar Palika Parishad, Deoria. Further, some correspondences appears to have been made for carrying the dead bodies to the cremation ground.

¶3Learned State Counsel submits that as the dispute is between two private parties and the same appears to be purely civil in nature, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable.

¶4Be that as it may, in the eventuality of petitioner's approaching the concerned District Collector, he shall look into the matter and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

¶5The writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
