Learned counsel for the Bank Sri Ajal Krishna states that the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal. No interference is warranted. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the demand notice, he may avail such remedy which might be available to him under law.
