The aforesaid petition was filed seeking the following relief: "i) To set aside judgment dated 16.05.2022 passed by the District Judge, Firozabad in Mise. Appeal No. 26 of 2022 (Annexure No. 6 to the petition) and restrain the plaintiff/respondent no. 1 from causing interference in the possession use and occupation of the defendants/ petitioner over the shop in dispute.

ii) Issue any such other order or direction, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the intervening events, this petition has been rendered infructuous. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
