Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Lakshmikant Mishra learned counsel for the Bank. The petitioners had taken a loan of Rs. 10 lacs and after they had paid off certain amount, on 2.8.2023 it was found by the Bank that Rs. 8,28,395.31/- were due. The petitioners in pursuance of the notice dated 2.8.2023 represented before the Bank on 29.8.2023. We find that the representation 29.8.2023 has yet not been decided. Under such circumstances, we direct the Bank that the Bank may decide the representation dated 29.8.2023 filed by the petitioners expeditiously. This order would be effective if no auction etc. has taken place in pursuance of action which had been taken under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
