¶1Case called out in the revised list.

¶2Nobody appears on behalf of petitioner.

¶3Heard learned Standing Counel for the State and perused the record.

¶4The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.2 to decide the proceeding Under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code in Case No. 202305440203754 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Munshi Singh) within time prescribed under Rule 67(6) of U.P. Revenue Code Rule 2016 or stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

¶5Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is not a party to the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, therefore, the writ petition at his behest is not maintainable.

¶6In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶7Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 31.10.2023 Ved Prakash (Manish Kumar Nigam, J.) High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
