¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel and Shri Swapnil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

¶2Challenge in this writ petition is to the alleged action of respondent-Development Authority asking the petitioner to submit certain documents.

¶3Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that once the entire amount has already been paid by the petitioner, no such documents can be asked from the petitioner. He, however, submits that some time be given to the petitioner to submit all the documents and then only any action may be permitted.

¶4Learned counsel for the Development Authority while referring page No. 132 (Annexure No. 30), submits that by this letter, it has been made clear to the petitioner as to what documents are required to be submitted by him and despite repeated requests, the same has not been submitted.

¶5Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner agrees to submit the relevant documents within 45 days.

¶6Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit relevant documents as sought by the Development Authority, within 45 days from today.
