¶1Heard Sri Kunwar Ajay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Reference Case No.02906 of 2018 (Computerized Case No. T201802030902906) (Bhoop Narain Singh Vs. Shyam Bahadur Singh and others) which is said to be pending before the respondent no.2.

¶3I find that interest of other persons is also involved in the matter who have also been arrayed as private respondents in the matter.

¶4Considering the fact that reference is stated to be pending for the last about 5 years, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 (Sub-Divisional Officer/ Prescribed Authority, Koraon, Allahabad) to decide the aforesaid reference on or before

28.02.2024 after affording full opportunity of hearing to the private respondents strictly in accordance with law, if reference has not yet been decided, provided a certified copy of this order is served upon the respondent no.2 within two weeks from today.
