¶1Heard Shri Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari under the authority of Shri Surendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 to 5 and learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 and

2.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the demarcation of the plots is to be done and without the same the dispute cannot be settled.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the Development Authority submits that let the petitioners file suitable application completing all the formalities, seeking such demarcation, thereafter, appropriate orders would be passed and demarcation would be done.

¶4Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the competent authority for seeking demarcation of the plots in question.
