The applicant had approached the labour court and an award was made on 04.04.2019 which was published on 08.07.2019. Against the award made by labour court, State filed Writ-C No. 18345 of 2020. The writ petition was dismissed on 22.05.2023. The present contempt application filed at the behest of the workman for getting the order executed is not maintainable as the applicant has remedy before the labour court to get the order executed under U.P.
