¶1The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated

01.06.2023 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission II, Agra in Case No. 82 of 2020.

¶2The petitioner has the remedy to file an appeal against the aforesaid order before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

¶3In view of availability of alternative remedy to the petitioner, it is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
